Scott joined the agency in 1978 and became a partner in 1982. He is a graduate of Baylor University with a BBA in Accounting. Scott is the major accounts practice leader as well as the construction and surety bond practice leader. He brokers and consults public and private companies including contractors, manufacturers, petroleum marketers, milk cooperatives and a national retail account. He has a strong knowledge of risk management, loss sensitive insurance and the international insurance market. Scott is active in various community organizations such as Texarkana Independent School District Board of Trustees, president of the Texarkana Salvation Army Advisory Board, Endow the Future Campaign for Texas A&M University – Texarkana and United Way. Derick joined the agency in 1990 and became a partner in 2005. He attended The University of Arkansas and East Texas State University, where he graduated with a BAAS degree in 1987. He is a 1994 graduate of the Commercial Union Insurance Companies home office training school of agents. Derick is a past board member of Noon Optimist and has served as loaned executive for the United Way of Greater Texarkana. Currently he is a board member of the Kiwanis Club of Texarkana. Steve joined the agency in 1993 and became a partner in 2010. He is a graduate of The University of Texas with a BBA in risk management and insurance. Steve handles a variety of personal and commercial accounts. He is currently on the board of directors for United Way, Cub Scout leader, and member of the Lay Leadership Team at his church. William joined the agency in 1982 and became a partner in 1985. He holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University and a MBA in Risk Management from University of Georgia. William coordinates the life and health department in addition to property and casualty duties. Beth joined the agency in 1984 and became a partner in 1993. She attended the University of Arkansas. She purchased her first insurance agency in 1979 in Hazen, AR. Beth specializes in complex casualty accounts including medical liability ranging from adolescent rehabilitation facilities to both large clinic and hospital exposures. She developed one of the first fronting programs of risk transfer. Beth has a particular knowledge of Arkansas, as a native of the Hazen/Stuttgart farming area. Thomas A. Wilson, CPCU

Philip joined the agency in 1995 and became a partner in 2010. He is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA in Marketing. Philip handles a variety of types of accounts but focuses on trucking operations and churches. He enjoys serving our community through Rotary, his home church and the United Way of Greater Texarkana. Joel joined the agency in 1991 and became a Vice President in 2010. He is a graduate of East Texas State University with a BBA in Business Administration. He currently manages the Atlanta, TX branch for Offenhauser, but has owned and managed an agency since 1978. Joel is active in the First Baptist Church of Atlanta, Atlanta Lions Club, and Boy Scouts of America. Joel was recognized as Man of the Year in 1995 by the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce. He is currently president of the Atlanta Independent School District Board of Trustees and serves on the Atlanta Education Foundation.
